This tool is used to cut or saw branches and wires at height / in trees whilst keeping feet firmly on the ground.  The double compound action pulley makes cutting easier from a distance.

HOW TO USE:

Attach the trigger blade to the pole.  Extend the pole to desired length.  Using the pulley, cut the desired material with ease.
